What's free, and what's premium?

The recovery calculator is free — pick your procedure, surgery date, and current pain to see where you stand on the typical recovery curve and the milestones ahead. Daily check-in journaling — speaking or typing once a day and reading your own patterns back over time — is the premium upgrade. You can see the current terms on the unlock page, and you will never be charged without confirming it yourself at checkout.

What happens to my data and privacy?

Your check-ins are private and only you can read them. The full details — what is collected, who processes it, and how long it is kept — are in the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by emailing hello@growsteady.me from the address attached to your account. Everything tied to your account is removed within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep. In-app account deletion is on the way; until it ships, email is the way to do it.
